Process
We ensure that every project fulfills a structured design brief, including a consultation process that is tailored to each client. The scope of works, timescale and budget are ascertained during the first series of consultations.  When we are confident you are happy with your design brief and plans, we will act as your agent and submit the plans to your local council to gain any necessary planning permission.

Once your planning application is accepted, we will complete your detailed Building Regulation drawings and structural calculations, so work can commence immediately. We design to individual specifications, conducting an extensive three-phase planning process to the following requirements: 

• Space Planning and Architecture; - 
• Interior Architecture and palette; - 
• Interior decoration and FF&E specification;
